HEAD DENTAL CORPORATION was established by two prominent manufacturers of dental equipment in Japan: Nakamura Dental Mfg. Co., Ltd, (Dental Handpiece) and SHIODA Dental Company (Articulators for Laboratory Use, Orthodontic Instruments), as the distribution point of their products for the North American Market.
